Sports Affects the Mood

The mental and the emotional fatigue with physical offset. The daily exercise is a great way to increase stamina and endurance of the body against stress and mental fatigue. This is the opinion of a group of sports doctors from the American College of Sports Medicine in Seattle, who were able even to measure the elapsed time of the positive effects of exercise, they were voluntarily surveyed included people in the experiment 12, 24 hours, 2, 4 and 8 days after training.

“According to most previous observations, the mood remains upbeat for an hour after exercise, but in our view, good mood after your workout can be maintained even up to 12 hours”, said Dr. Jeremy Sibold, team leader. The participants in the study were performed exercise with approximately 60% of their own maximal aerobic power: “This is consistent with all available physical activity (such as walking or cycling trips) and it turns out, is enough to increase the total tone”. The positive impact of sport is not affected by factors such as age, sex or level of training. Therefore, according to American doctors, “in certain cases, fitness is a complete alternative to standard solutions of some problems related to mental health.”
